As part of the Fistula care program, we provide accessible care to women across Uganda, including hard-to-reach communities in districts. Through partnerships with local health centers and trained community mobilisers, we identify women who may otherwise never learn that free treatment exists - and connect them to screening and surgery at our facility in Mbarara.

We offer daily surgeries for fistula and perineal tears led by our skilled Ugandan surgical team, ensuring timely and high-quality repairs.

From first contact to full recovery

Every patient moves through the same continuum of care - coordinated so that distance, cost, and confusion are never the reason a woman goes untreated.

Referral

Patient is connected via hotline to Surgical Centre Mbarara.

Free Transport

Travel to Mbarara is arranged and covered.
